Travelling the World? Don’t forget your visa!

It tends to be the last thing we think of (and sometimes by then it’s too late) especially UK nationalities where our travel is relatively open, well for now at least.

You are all set to travel; flights, accommodation, transfers, meeting schedule and then suddenly close to departure the need for a visa to your destination becomes a reality or your current visa expired last month and you must turn around heaps of paperwork within a day to make sure you acquire your visa on time. Changing any travel / business plans is not an option and cancelling a trip based on admin is not professional.

I’ve organised countless visa applications for a range of nationalities (US, Swiss, Australian, Polish . . ) all in Embassies across London from the Democratic Republic of Congo to India. The average visa application can require more than six different forms of paperwork and include vaccination certificates, proof of address, invitation letters and letter of purpose to name a few, plus it’s important to keep copies of everything including the passport itself.

I’ve also experienced going to many embassies in person and often they are a minefield with processes, systems and waiting times and there are no short cuts, unless . . . someone does it for you.
It’s priceless having someone handle the process on your behalf – dealing with paperwork, submitting applications and then reuniting you with your precious passport and valuable visa.

“Cassie was unflappable, dealing with a highly complex travel and meeting schedule without a hitch. She was always good humoured and found a workable solution no matter how challenging the issue.”

I research, compile and even complete paperwork on your behalf then submit and track applications personally through Regent Visa, a Company I have worked with for 5 years plus. They work hard for me and deliver EVERY time I have used them. Once I’ve handled and submitted your application I liaise directly with Regent with any queries from the Embassy to ensure a smooth operation. I know turnaround times and how to push through an urgent application. I act fast to tight deadlines and appreciate the importance of timely business trips. Visas? Easy!
