ABOUT ME

I am passionate about adventure, challenges and experiences, namely those which involve the outdoors. Currently this year I am craving Microadventures in the UK, white water rafting, canoeing, rowing, camping . . . . a number of ways discovering the UK and its hidden beauty spots. Long term ambitions include cycling West to East Coast of the US in 22 days and rowing the Channel. For 2016, I am organising my first personal charity event supporting SKIP and Trekstock, a 5 day walk across the Pennine Way, totaling over 100 miles.

I love also taking these activities further afield and travelling abroad to understand and learn about other cultures. I savor capturing new places through photography and recording these moments in my home made scrap books.

One of the things I love about being a VA is the flexibility it can allow me to pursue a number of interests in volunteering which I took up end of last year, these include working for a number of wildlife and health charities. It’s cringingly cliché but it is good to give back ever so often, who knew!

I like to see things through from start to finish whether it’s hitting my PB on the rower, training for a marathon, documenting all countless thousands of my photos or completing a project ahead of time.

As a relaxed yet energetic person, I believe it’s these traits which means I am not deterred by urgency or pressure, can handle stress and do not panic at fast pace, last minute, ever changing demands.

My experience with high net worth entrepreneurs means I understand the passion, ambition and perfection these individuals have to drive themselves to success. I therefore appreciate the importance in high standards of service which they expect to drive and support their difference to the world, and being the next big market breaker.
